How to soft reset Samsung Rugby II (SGH-a847)

1. While in standby mode, press the right soft key for Menu
2. Select Settings
3. Select Phone
4. Select Reset Settings
5. Enter the password with the keypad (If no password has been created, enter 0000)
6. Press the left soft key for Confirm
7. Enter the password again to confirm, using the keypad
8. Press the left soft key for OK
9. Press the left soft key for Yes to reset the handset’s settings to the factory defaults
